Performics is Entering the OPM Space

by Shawn Collins on March 26, 2011

Performics is getting back into the affiliate marketing game, but not on the network side.

Kevin Joyce, formerly of Be Free and Commission Junction, has joined Performics to re-launch their affiliate division with a focus on providing outsourced affiliate program management services to clients.

For those new to affiliate marketing, Dynamic Trade was one of the early affiliate networks. They later became Performics and then DoubleClick Performics.

Google acquired Doubleclick Performics back in 2008 and then sold the search marketing division.

The affiliate marketing assets purchased by Google became the Google Affiliate Network (GAN), and Performics left the affiliate marketing space at that time.

So now it’s all sort of coming full circle, but not really, with an old Be Free guy who was then at CJ starting up the affiliate business at what was one Dynamic Trade and Performics and Doubleclick Performics.

My head is spinning.

Anyhow, good luck to Performics and welcome back.
